Thank you for your interest in TASPA and its conferences. Sponsors play a key role in enabling us to meet the needs of our members, and in turn provide  greater visibility of your company before our members.

The Texas Association of School Personnel Administrators holds two annual conferences for personnel administrators in public school districts (one in July and one in December), and one annual conference for personnel support staff (in September), including personnel secretaries, certification clerks, teacher aides, and other interested individuals.

TASPA, a 501 C (6) non-profit organization, is the professional association for personnel and human resource administrators in Texas schools. TASPA members play a key role in school district expenditures for workmen’s compensation programs, school law issues, employee insurance, unemployment compensation, employee awards programs, substitute calling systems, criminal history checks, computer networks for their directors, employee staff development, and other programs. This is a great opportunity for your company to get good exposure in Texas, as around 300 administrators and other members attend each conference annually.

Your company to participate in corporate social investing with TASPA as a sponsor for the member reception, the Keynote Speaker, a luncheon, program printing, or breakfast during a conference.  In appreciation of your sponsorship, your company would receive the following benefits:

  1. The opportunity to present a program at a concurrent breakout session.
  2. An excel spreadsheet with the name, title, and postal addresses of all attendees.
  3. A link to your web page in a prominent place on our website for 6 months and an additional 6 months in a “past corporate sponsors” page.
  4. A full-page ad in the conference program.
  5. Introduction and recognition at a general session.
  6. An exhibitor table at no additional cost.

We have a limit of five sponsors for each of the three conferences, so early replies are key in securing a presentation session time slot.

The sponsorship fee is $2,000.00, for each administrator conference, and $1,000.00 for the September Support Personnel Conference. Your corporate social investment would greatly enable TASPA to continue to provide our members with key services and information, as well as give you the opportunity to become a provider for them of a valuable and needed service.
